Guests were also treated to an array of culinary delights made and organised by Liz Mace and Robyn Irvine, from Liz’s handmade sandwiches to Michelle Cotter’s homemade Mars Bar slice, everything was delicious. Of course it couldn’t be a bottomless brunch without the drinks! Shoutout to Livio Basile, Lauren and James Ind and Brad Stephens for manning a very busy bar. β Overall, everyone had an incredible time on Saturday and we want to extend a big thank you to our volunteers who organised the event – Fiona Hocking, Michelle Cotter, Sinead Hanlon and Micaela Hanlon.
