A massive congratulations to our Senior Women’s team for winning the Division 1 Premiership today against Diamond Creek! This achievement is even more remarkable as it is only their first season in Division 1 after winning the Division 2 Premiership last year. Not only that, but it’s also their third consecutive grand final appearance—truly a testament to their determination.
Entering the game as the Minor Premiers, our team was the favourite to win, and they didn’t disappoint. Kudos goes to Brigid McEntee, who was named Best on Ground after a standout performance.
A special thank you goes out to our dedicated coaches and volunteers, especially Jessie and Troy Bickerton. Your hard work behind the scenes has been instrumental in getting us to the grand final; we couldn’t have achieved this without you.
