Today marks the start of Men’s Health Week, which focuses on the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of men and boys.

That’s why this year’s theme is ‘Healthy Habits,’ aiming to encourage men and boys to make small changes to their daily routine that benefit their health and wellbeing.
