Our Ladies Day Bottomless Brunch event was a smashing success!
It was our first Ladies Day in a while and there was a buzz of excitement as the event unfolded with new and exciting surprises. Laughter and friendly competition filled the air as attendees eagerly lined up for a spirited round of Prosecco Pong, there was a surge of anticipation as Spin the Wheel took center stage, but excitement peaked when long time volunteer Robyn Irvine won the staggering $500 Lucky Number prize!
The silent auction had an array of unique items and experiences up for grabs, and was an exquisite display of generosity from businesses and families including Tone store, Brush by the Vines, CorePlus Greensborough, BIC, Cadbury, The Hanlon Family, The Nott Family, the O’Sullivan Family, the Hocking Family and the Cotter Family.
Guests were also treated to an array of culinary delights made and organised by Liz Mace and Robyn Irvine, from Liz’s handmade sandwiches to Michelle Cotter’s homemade Mars Bar slice, everything was delicious. Of course it couldn’t be a bottomless brunch without the drinks! Shoutout to Livio Basile, Lauren and James Ind and Brad Stephens for manning a very busy bar.
Overall, everyone had an incredible time on Saturday and we want to extend a big thank you to our volunteers who organised the event – Fiona Hocking, Michelle Cotter, Sinead Hanlon and Micaela Hanlon.
Lastly, to all the lovely ladies who attended and brought their positive energy, it was truly a day to remember and we hope to see you down at the Club again soon!
